Mail

All mail is sealed in front of staff and signed off by the supervisor before being sent out. All mail is visually reviewed by a supervisor (to make sure of no mail incoming from an out-of-state facility or obvious contraband), and the stamp is removed from the envelope before giving to the resident. Residents must open the mail in front of the supervisor in case of possible contraband. Residents can not send mail facility to facility.
